SVG plays an irreplaceable role in the field of new energy power generation. Due to the severe fluctuation of new energy power generation, a large capacity of new energy installed will cause a great influence on the power grid. SVG devices, on the one hand, help to reduce the loss of transmission & transformer, thereby to decrease the loss of electrical energy, on the other hand, are able to stabilize the voltage of receiving section and grid, so as to improve transmission stability.
Regular SVG consists of control cabinet, power cabinet, reactance cabinet, etc. Taking the power cabinet as an example, L type profiles, U type profiles, 王 type profiles, and machined parts of various sizes are used as frames in the cabinet body (Pic), which play a supporting and insulating protective role. Therefore, the performance of the insulating material directly determines the performance of SVG. EMT’s self-developed rigid laminates and L-type, U-shaped, 王-type profiles are widely used in SVG cabinets, with which we have been serving downstream power equipment companies for many years, such as: New Wind, Siyuan Electric, NARI, Xu Ji Electric, TBEA, etc.
