Base Film for MLCC Release Film is a key material used in the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors. It is a composite film that combines a release film with a base film, where the main function of the release film is to prevent the base film from adhering to other materials and to ensure the flatness and stability of the base film during the manufacturing process. The base film provides support and protection for the structure of the ceramic layer inside the capacitor. Release films are usually made from high performance materials such as polyester and polyimide, while the base film may be made from different plastic or paper-based materials. The entire composite film has excellent insulating properties, heat resistance and mechanical strength, which can effectively improve MLCC production efficiency and product quality. By precisely controlling the characteristics of the release film and base film, the electrical performance and long life of the capacitor can be optimized to meet the demand for high reliability and miniaturization in modern electronic devices.
