Features: high motor technical threshold, large investment in flat wire equipment
Development strategy: AHA instead of NHN, APA instead of NHN
Battery system
Termination tape: PET printing tape, the continuous production line will stop once the tape is broken, and the supply risk is large;
Tabear tape: PI tape is more common, the technical requirements are not high, and the electrolyte test is on the line
PACK tape and all kinds of auxiliary tape: temperature-resistant workbench, strapping, outsourcing and other uses
PET, PC insulating sheet: cylindrical battery upper and lower cover insulation, square battery back adhesive lamination and other uses
Traditional battery pack: complex structure, low capacity, aluminum or fiberglass housing, heavy.
CTC/CTB (battery cell-chassis frame): The industry development trend, the battery cell and the body are integrated, more cells can be installed in the same area to increase the endurance, the use of liquid cold plate and thermal conductive binder to solve the problem of packaging and heat dissipation, has achieved mass production.
Development strategy: PC insulation sheet (about 2.5㎡/set), FR4 or GPO-3 processing parts, mica board tape, busbar film.
