Phenolic Resin for Casting Coated Sand

This series of product is a condensation polymer formed by the reaction of phenol and formaldehyde, are mainly used in the casting industry to prepare coated sand. According to the characteristics, this series of product can be divided into anti-husking & fast-polymerizing coated sand resin, steel-casting coated sand resin, intermediate strength coated sand resin, high strength coated sand resin.

Packaging:

Paper plastic composite bag packaging and lined with plastic bags, 40kg/bag, 250kg, 500kg/ton bags.

Storage:

The product should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated, and rainproof warehouse, away from heat sources. The storage temperature is below 25 ℃ and the relative humidity is below 60%. The storage period is 12 months, and the product can continue to be used after being retested and qualified upon expiration.
